Apple Watch support removed?

Edit: I got an explanation from the developer and a solution is coming. It would have been nice to have that explanation on the release notes though.

Why was watch support removed? This was the single reason I used this app. Is there an explanation of removing this?

Response from developer

Apple watch support is back and the most important part works already again, you can get your current blood glucose on the watch itself. And if you have an 4/5G version you can get the value even without having the phone with you. The complications do not show the value because you are only able to get around 50 updates per day which would be around an update every 30 minutes. I will look into updating the complications in the background again but that needs more time.

Excellent and simple

It’s the small things, this is the only Nightscout integrated app I’ve found that has a homesceen widget that displays my blood sugar instantly. Thanks.

Doesn’t update quick enough to be useful

Minimum update time is 3h. That’s about as much use as getting your blood sugar reading sent to you in the post. Should be 5 minutes max! 🙄

doesn´t work

just doesn´t work
