Honestly, with every update it seems to get less usable, I used to be able to take pictures of my device and have the reading imported but that doesn’t work anymore either, so effectively useless since I don’t have a Bluetooth device. ### 1/5 — Functionality reduced *2026-05-09, version 3.1.7* This app used to allow me to manually add my blood glucose results, that option has been removed. I would have expected that functionality to be quite important. Change the name from ‘Voyager’, to ‘Returning to Harbour’. ### 2/5 — Won’t send code to email *2026-03-14, version 3.1.4* I set up an account with this app but it’d not sending the verification code to my email ### 1/5 — Poor app *2026-03-13, version 3.1.4* Confusing UX. Graphs are fiddly. Doesn’t sync data to the Health app. Randomly requires to re-authenticate, then loses all records. 1*. ### 1/5 — No emails, can’t sign up *2026-02-18, version 3.1.4* During sign up an email is supposed to be sent. You can’t use the app without the emailed code. I have not received an email, I’ve even checked my junk folder ### 4/5 — Getting better but still not perfect *2025-10-13, version 3.1.2* Although this app has improved in recent iterations (eg no glaring spelling mistakes anymore that give the game away it was coded in a country where English isn’t the primary language), it can still improve. My usage of the app is simple, I have one device connected through it, my GlucoRX Blue blood glucose meter. Why on opening the app, doesn’t it always try and synch with that meter automatically rather than me having to make additional taps to get that? Additionally it used to be possible to see the individual readings in bar graph form - why has that been removed? I don’t want a trend graph but specific bars with values on each one with the day and time listed as it used to be. It seems like this has been a step backwards. Surely the name of the game should be to get the readings you want as easily as possible? ### 5/5 — Cannot Not Record Insulin etc *2025-10-02, version 3.1.2* I am a T2 on insulin. I need to record doses of bolus and basal insulin. The package can only record blood sugar readings. There is no incentive or convenience in changing from my present routine/tools. ### 1/5 — Impossible to sign up! *2025-09-22, version 3.1.2* Tried to install this app. Creates an account but then says it will send code to email but never does no matter how many times I click resend! And yes I have checked my spam folder and via multiple ways of accessing my email. No options given at all to enable me to resolve this issue. ### 2/5 — Mediocre App made worse by latest update *2025-09-04, version 3.1.0* Latest update (4/09/25) required me to log back in & promptly rejected my password! Had to reset it and time spent doing so meant upload of data to app was lost. Is pretty much par for the course: earlier versions of this app were so bad as to be unusable - I had multiple contacts with customer support & several app updates before it started to even work on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Finally got it to work but it is clunky and biggest flaw is that there is no way to delete erroneous readings (as any diabetic will tell you these do occur & a second reading within a minute will confirm them as an outlier). The app also uploads ‘QC’ calibration readings from using the control solution with a new set of test strips. There is no way to delete these readings which means that they are included in the data presented in the app (& uploaded to other apps such as Apple Health) giving a misleading picture of your blood sugars & undermining the whole point of having an app based record rather than an old fashioned time consuming paper logbook! ### 1/5 — Too many questions *2025-05-21, version 3.0.16* I didn’t even finish registration as they were asking way too many personal questions which none is needed to use an app. What reason do you need a full address and location and phone number?!
