Complete radio silence from the devs *2026-08-09, version 3.16.3* Update 3: anyone out there? Hello? Did you fix this app? I had the paid subscription, but it ended up not working after iOS 26 Still waiting to hear from someone. Anyone. Ended up with months I couldn’t use after paying. Update 2: still haven’t heard from anyone. It’s like the developer has abandoned this app. Update: still have not heard anything from anyone about a fix or an ETA for the app. Have since several support tickets. I still have almost 5 months left on my subscription, would be nice to have a prorated refund at least. Yes I will not be using any more apps or paying for anything else from your company. I really like this tracker. It was the best one I’ve found so far. I paid the yearly subscription fee so I could have the A1c estimator (which is way off by the way). Originally gave a five star review but walking that back now. iOS update has caused the program to stop working completely. Someone on the web suggested uninstalling and reinstalling. So I backed up my data at Apple health uninstalled, then reinstalled the program. It worked one time and then crashed again. It also will not retrieve my backup data from Apple health. As of today when I try to use the app, it just loads to the blue screen and hangs and does nothing else. Have reached out to support a couple times now and it’s been complete radio silence so today I will uninstall and go look for something else. I appreciated all the improvements made since then. I almost quit using it as the performance deteriorated the past few months.
