Newer type 2 diabetes medications also produce weight loss. The app needs to be able to chart daily weights and chart weight changes. 2. The charts do not accurately show all entries. Daily high and low glucose values are not accurately charted. 3. If glucose levels are measured 3 times a day, the graphs do not show the midday measurements. I want to follow up on my previous suggestions for improvements to version 10 of Glucose Companion Pro, none of which have been implemented. I don’t see the point of any of the changes in version 11. The graphs are inaccurate and don’t display all values entered in a day. The graph should show separate simultaneous lines for multiple readings throughout the day, eg morning, noon and night, and allow adjustment of display for maximum and minimum readings. If you need to keep the readings on a single line, the graph should at least show every reading throughout the day. Now the graph in version 11 takes up half of the Home Screen without showing any new data. There should also be an option to display current diabetes medications from an options list which should be regularly updated. The newer injectable medications such as Ozempic and Mounjaro, etc are not listed. Notes don’t display normally in versions 10.0 or 11.0. Entries only display as “ooo” on the iPhone and iPad versions. The notes still however display normally in the older version 7.1 ! It would be helpful if the app could also display a daily A1C. As this number is a calculation and not a reading it should be relatively easy to do. This is the value physicians are most interested in. There is no place to edit what the normal glucose values are and what colors they are assigned. Please let me know what you think and when an updated version for iPhone and iPad will be available in the Apple Store. Thank you. Those printouts come in handy when I have my doctor's visits and diabetic nurse visits. Graphs and pie charts make my glucose data easy to read and analyze. It's worth the price! I don't do log books anymore and backing up my data meant not losing it when my phone went "swimming!" It is a must for a diabetic that is keeping his glucose under control but it is a pain. This is a lazy man's way to do the same thing. It programs a lot of good information and you can share it on different devices. But the devices don't update and the charts don't tell you as much as they could. But I find they don’t actually save my glucose readings, just weight. That is such a pain. It means I have to use only one device to track my glucose over time and if that one is lost I’m screwed. ### 2/5 — Glucose App *2025-06-16, version 9.1* Like the graph feature. So I looked at a number of glucose monitoring apps and decided on this one. This has nice features and a low annual subscription cost. I didn’t see an A1C tracker which would be a nice option to have. Touch screen is unresponsive using iPhone 16 Pro Max iOS 26.1. ### 1/5 — No longer connecting to apple Health *2024-09-12, version 9.0* This application is easy to use and extract data to use for analysis within an Excel spreadsheet. This app is stable and simple. Update: I am now importing (csv) data from a device that measures my glucose. It works well, but this app does not then send the data to the apple Health app. I tried contacting support 3 times without any response. I guess it is time to discontinue using this apple. Update; It’s time to abandon this application. The support has killed it ### 1/5 — Suddenly a Subscription Service *2023-07-20* I loved this app, and I purchased it for a one time fee. Then suddenly I receive a message that says they can no longer support the app with the one time fee, and I need to subscribe to a yearly $9.99 charge to use all the features of the app. That is some ridiculous nonsense! I’ve had apps from other developers that changed from a one time purchase fee to a yearly subscription, but the change only impacted NEW USERS! If you had already purchased the app when the terms were a one time payment, the switch didn’t affect you. In my opinion that’s what a reputable company would do. It changes type of day ie out of bed, before breakfast based from the time you enter. I was not informed of this new change. It does not use military time format as my iPhone is set to use this. Printing the PDF report should be under the Reports Tab at the bottom not in settings. I’d like to get the other version back. The app is great and I love using it, but because of the update it stinks...
