Glucose Recorder Free* is an easy-to-use application that can help you keep track of your blood glucose levels over time. It is a perfect companion for your glucose monitoring system. With support of iCloud, you can enter glucose level with your iPhone wherever you are, and the entry will be available on your iPad at home ...

Entering glucose level can be done with a few taps. All the entries are recorded and presented nicely in the application's user interface. Deleting and editing record can be easily done. You can also email (pdf) report to your physician with a couple of taps or print the report directly to an AirPrint printer.

Glucose Recorder is a universal application that can run on iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. 
If you already have iCloud enabled, glucose level records will be automatically synced across different iOS devices.

A very easy application to live with. Overall very good.
Lovely to manipulate results, I like the 'page to a test' aspect, with each time having min/max/avg. The reports time frames are really useful too. Always visible are the graphs, along with typed version of the results of tests - easy to review too.
How could it be improved? Well, the colour!

I’ve had and purchased this app over a year ago. Been very good until today (7/26/19) I tried to view my graph by rotating iPhone to landscape mode. Will not work. Further, tapping on support does not work as well. Went into the App Store same thing, noting works! Shut off and restart iPhone again nothing! Total abandonment.....

The app records the glucose results as a long list. That is good. But it offers nothing extra, except the need to buy a licence after 25 days. 
Not good. Deleted.

Free is good, but not worth the 3 bucks. Yes it is simple, but other apps have far more options and they are free forever. 
Not sure what you get for the $3, I'm not going to waste my money to find out.

A good app, though the ability to change set labels (2hr before breakfast) would make it better. Name is a misnomer as this app isn't free, rather trial before you buy.

As an app developer myself, I am here to report that this one has everything you need and nothing that you don’t. All the other glucose recorders that I installed had a lot of superfluous stuff that got in the way. 
You can easily record your glucose readings with this app and select from a choice of test descriptions, such as "before breakfast" or "two hours after dinner” and it is quite good at guessing which one it is. The current date and time are displayed so you won’t have to touch them if you just tested but you can change them easily if you are recording an earlier test. You can also add a note to the record if necessary. The test results are displayed in a table with the latest at the top. You can also email a printable chart of your test results. 
In summary, I am delighted that I found this app. It has a 30 day free trial period. In other words, it is free for 30 days. There is no “false advertising” as the previous reviewer claimed.
