## What is GlueSync?

Easily sync your blood sugar data exported from Excel or other apps to the Apple Health app. No need to manually enter hundreds of records—upload them all at once with a single file. Managing your health has never been easier.

CSV import now supports file formats used in more countries.

- Automatic date detection: reads 2024-03-25, 03/25/2024 (US), 25/03/2024 and 25.03.2024 (Europe), and more.
- European CSV support: files separated by semicolons (;) and values written with a decimal comma (120,5) are now recognized.
- Format confirmation: the preview shows the detected delimiter and how the first row was interpreted, so you can switch the day/month order if a date was read incorrectly.
