Glug is a hydration tracker with a virtual fish that lives or dies based on how much you drink. When you hit your water goal, the tank fills and your fish thrives — happy, glowing, swimming laps. Miss a day? Watch them gasp. Miss two? They're belly-up. Three? Skeleton.

This isn't a step counter. It's a consequence.

  • Set your goal — Glug calculates a personalized daily target from your weight, age, activity level, climate, and what else you drink.

Five new ways it shows up: tap the glass and it reacts, it greets you when you open the app, it sleeps at night, it blows mouth bubbles, and it lets you know when it's thirsty.

Two new health states: thriving when you're ahead of your goal, worried when you're slipping. Six in total, and the tank, the widget and the stats calendar now all read from one table, so they can't disagree.
