The WORST!!! WHEN I can actually get it to work (25% of the time) half the labels are not in the system. If I try to use the ingredients mode, the screen goes black and I can’t back out of it. I’m constantly having to turn my phone on and off to reset the app.

We’re very sorry to hear about your poor experience. There was a short lived bug that had caused that black screen issue you mentioned and we have pushed out a fix for this already. We apologize for the pain this caused and understand it's frustrating. Updating to the latest version should resolve this.

I have paid for this app till 2026.  I did cancel it but paid for a year   Now everything scans item not found
