## What is Gluten Free Scanner?

Scan a product's barcode: Nutrixe reads the ingredient list and decides. Certified gluten-free, unclear, or best avoided.

THE SCANNER
Wheat, barley, rye, spelt, malt, questionable starches: Nutrixe spots them in nine languages, including on packaging brought back from abroad. The verdict appears in a second, and you move from one product to the next without leaving the camera.

THE MAP
3,104 addresses verified by hand in 16 countries. Fully gluten-free restaurants, venues with a dedicated menu: every address is checked one by one, never scraped automatically. Confidence level, opening hours, phone, directions.

Coeliac disease, gluten sensitivity, or personal choice: Nutrixe adjusts what it puts forward. In coeliac mode, traces are flagged as a danger, not as a detail.
