## What is GlycoTrack?

GlycoTrack is a straightforward food diary for people with diabetes — especially type 1. Scan a barcode, see the glycemic load, and log your meal. That's it.

No complicated charts. No diet plans. Just honest information about what you're eating and how it might affect your blood sugar.

• Organize meals into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks

**Why glycemic load matters:**

Two foods can have the same amount of carbs but very different effects on blood sugar. GL combines the quantity of carbs with their quality (GI), giving you a much better picture of how a meal will affect you.
