## What is Glytrio?

Glytrio is a private diabetes self-tracking diary for blood sugar, food, insulin, medication facts, reminders and reports.

Log entries in seconds, view day/week/month trends, and export PDF/CSV history for personal records or doctor visits. No account, no ads, no mandatory cloud. Your diary stays on your device and works offline.

Use Glytrio to:
- record blood sugar in mmol/L or mg/dL;
- note meals, carbs and bread units (XE);
- log insulin, medication facts, activity, symptoms and notes;
- set local reminders for checks, meals, medication or custom routines;
- export PDF/CSV reports and keep local backups.

Glytrio is for people who want a calm diary, not another complicated dashboard. Core features stay free in Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia and Belarus. Paid Plus features for other countries are optional and never block your own diary data.
