## What is GM Sidekick?

Sidekick is the AI accountability coach for people who set serious goals and need someone to hold them to it.

Pick a coaching persona. Set a goal. Get checked on every day. Sidekick is not a streak tracker with cute graphics. It is the voice that shows up when motivation doesn't, and asks the question you were hoping to avoid.

WHAT MAKES SIDEKICK DIFFERENT

Most habit apps reward you for opening the app. Sidekick rewards you for doing the work. Daily check-ins are conversational, not boxes you tap. Your coach remembers what you said yesterday, calls you out when you contradict it today, and keeps a private log of what you actually did versus what you said you would.

FOUR COACHING PERSONAS

The Operator: The leader. Plans before motivation. Believes ownership and preparation beat inspiration every time.

The Engine: The relentless one. Keeps moving when everyone else stops. Does not negotiate with the part of you that wants out.

Each coach is an AI persona, inspired by themes from military leadership, mental toughness, clinical psychology, and growth research. None of them are real people. All of them are designed to make the right action the obvious action.

2. Choose your check-in cadence. Daily, twice daily, or only when you're about to skip.
3. Get the message. Answer honestly. Keep going.
