I have never seen an online shopping app worse than this app. 

After you download this app, You might think that you have backed to 2000. Korean Technology stops in 2000.

All functions you experienced in other online shopping app, i’m sorry you will not find it in this app.

All you can do in Gmarket is to place an order , pay it, and then wait for your order being cancelled with no reason. And of course, they will not send you a notification. You will have to wait for the shipping stupidly.

購買時選擇空運，經過兩週卻沒有收到貨，詢問之後才說要在EZWAY 做第二次認證，須認證兩次為何不先告訴客戶呢？要等客戶詢問才說，因客戶已經付款了出不出貨都無所謂了嗎？我收不到貨卻也沒有地方可以取消訂單，只能任由宰割。

Truly disappointed in this app. As time goes by the app gets worse & worse. I can pay via the website but not the app. Not only that, but I get random error pages regularly on the app but no issues with the website. It’s 2025, there should not be such mediocre and small issues on an app. 
Not only that the customer service is horrible it’s a robot who gives the SAME answer every time!!!

As a Korean, I use this app a lot. The costumer service is alright and sometimes there is scammers. But be careful with that. You will know when they are scamming. Shipping is quick (depending on the thing you buy and the seller) same goes with delivery.
