It asks to sign-in, the pwd field is called "New password", even it was saved and worked at the verification, but then, there is a second field, called "Repeat new password" (Huh?? It's not new, it's saved, and the first is plenty as I was asked to enter the code that the sys emailed me, then, this 'new' password that was not new, as the sys remembered previously saved password, but the second field of "Enter new password again" was my last drop as when K entered the pwd that I vaguely remembered (why remember, when it was saved and used to get populated in the pwd??!), I got a message: "Your account (?!!?) is locked up after so many attempts. Contact your administrator." Huh??? Wth?? Fix your darn app!! What admin? who should I contact abd why?? After that it’s useless. I was hoping for an app I could register my loan and set up payments like I had with Mr. Cooper. But they only have apps for their sales teams. Customer support is useless. You either need to make sure they are actually receiving your payments regularly or have your bank send a physical check.
