You can’t add sequences or do anything basically. And for the price it’s astonishing they’ve not made any effort. They’re more interested in making the colours fancy on the web platform than creating something real sales people can use on the go. ### 1/5 — Can’t even get signed in *2024-10-20* The mobile app won’t even let me sign in. I enter my credentials and it just spins out endlessly. So I’m forced to use gmail alone and I can’t see any gmelius comments. ### 1/5 — False advertising *2023-07-29, version 1.1.23* There is actually no email tracking in this app after I downloaded it. I’ve emailed them about it and got no response. It is false advertising and the pictures that you see doesn’t look like the app at all. So stop giving people false information! ### 2/5 — Decent desktop but terrible mobile *2022-11-29* The mobile app has quite a few issues, especially with loading. Search isn’t functioning at all. The desktop experience is pretty decent and has helped my team to align on emails. The mobile experience does not match. ### 2/5 — No tracking function anymore. Used to work.. now it’s simply gone *2022-03-10, version 1.1.20* I used to use this often. It would sometimes say an email was read many times instead of once but it seemed to work Now it doesn’t even have the function they advertise ### 1/5 — Unreliable and buggy *2021-11-11* I don’t understand how a company can put into the market an app with this amount of bugs and issues. From keyboards that does not appear when it should, to screen not adapted for iPhone so you can’t see who you’re sending your email to except if you switch in landscape mode. Push notifications completely unreliable and therefore useless… this app is a nightmare. The chrome extension seems to be working, but I do not own a computer, and there is nothing for the iPad available… ### 1/5 — Not great *2021-10-21* Desktop version is great so I had high hopes for the phone app. Very disappointing.
