Boards that are on desktop aren’t an option on mobile which is the main reason we use Gmelius. I’ve had multiple calls with Gmelius support about app + desktop version, but think we came on too early. Not working as promised for our team. ### 2/5 — Company is Great, App Needs Refinement *2020-02-29* A fully functioning email app that blocks trackers and allows a send later feature which is amazing for a mobile email app! However, the app can be slow if you have 10 years worth of emails including all their related attachments (can only speak to for myself). Saving drafts can sometimes be iffy too :/ Most importantly however, is a feature available in almost any other email app, the ability to view unread only. I hope very badly they get this feature rolled out sooner than later because everything else about this feature rich app which I mostly use on desktop is magnifique! ### 2/5 — Needs work *2019-12-17* The Browser version is so amazing, but the app is horrible. I downloaded this just for the Boards, but there is no way of seeing the boards on the app. Gmelius, PLEASE WORK ON THIS ASAP!!!! ### 2/5 — Really promising, hope I can hold out! *2019-08-24* I love Gmelius on my browser and in my email client. Unfortunately there are a few bugs in the app— for example when I try to schedule an email through the app, it doesn’t schedule (or send at all). It shows up in the Drafts folder, but an unpredictable amount of information is missing— for example, sometimes the sender is blank in the Draft, or the content of the email itself. I fiddled a bunch, trying to make the scheduling (and follow up feature) work but to no avail. I have yet to test the functionality in the app where my team and I can assign tasks and route emails, however I already know I will probably be using Gmelius on top of my trusty mail app... if I’m able to use enough functionality in Gmelius to merit using two apps for the same main purpose. Hate having two apps for email! Thanks team Gmelius, product looks really promising and I hope you continue developing the app out. ### 1/5 — Broken *2019-04-20* The interface is extremely bugged and delayed on my iPhone X. You can’t add sequences or do anything basically. And for the price it’s astonishing they’ve not made any effort. They’re more interested in making the colours fancy on the web platform than creating something real sales people can use on the go. ### 1/5 — Can’t even get signed in *2024-10-20* The mobile app won’t even let me sign in. I enter my credentials and it just spins out endlessly. I’ve emailed them about it and got no response. It is false advertising and the pictures that you see doesn’t look like the app at all. So stop giving people false information! ### 1/5 — Unreliable and buggy *2021-11-11* I don’t understand how a company can put into the market an app with this amount of bugs and issues. From keyboards that does not appear when it should, to screen not adapted for iPhone so you can’t see who you’re sending your email to except if you switch in landscape mode. Push notifications completely unreliable and therefore useless… this app is a nightmare. The chrome extension seems to be working, but I do not own a computer, and there is nothing for the iPad available… ### 1/5 — Not great *2021-10-21* Desktop version is great so I had high hopes for the phone app. Very disappointing. For a long time, the only drawback has been inability to really be able to use email on mobile (because then you set off your own email trackers for instance, as those are not blocked by the Gmelius interface). This new app is really a game changer. It's understandably unstable right now, but as they improve it, I think it will make Gmelius overall all the more valuable. ### 4/5 — iPad support *2019-08-24, version 1.0.8* Great app so far. Occasional blank screen, no signature, etc. Not show stoppers but still irritating. ### 3/5 — Very Much a Beta Version *2019-04-03* This is very much so a Beta Version of their incredible online Gmail Integration Tool. Gmelius is a must-have for any Gmail user (Individual, Team, or CRM). However, it’s best to steer clear of the App for now as your main Email App until it’s fully re-tooled. The foundation is solid (buggy but solid layout and function). The App is a nice add-on when “away from a computer” but it’s not going to be worth the aggravation of trying to use it as a tool is not meant to be at this time; which is a replacement of the Gmail App. Someday it’ll get there I have no doubt, but the question is - what’s the timeline for this goal? ### 3/5 — Lag and lack of support *2019-03-19* I'm a BIG fan of gmelius as a really simple a CRM that works as a Gmail plugin . I have had issues , but the issues haven't been as big of a problem as the lack of a proper support team. NO phone support whatsoever, and turnaround on email support is slow. I have been waiting for the iOs app for months , very excited to try it . Disappointed to see how laggy it is. Also really not a fan of the lack of tabs like in Gmail app. It just lumps all my promotional and social media emails in with my primary inbox . Do better guys! Please! Links within emails don’t work and you can’t even scroll down in an email and see the entire content. I was hoping to use this instead of Gmail on my phone but it’s next to useless at the moment.
