文書管理から対象の文書の署名するを押すと約半数はアプリが落ちてしまう。利用端末はiPhone17pro

勤務先から署名依頼が来たからwebで署名しようとしたら、ずっと読み込み画面から動かないので仕方なくアプリを入れました。しかし、エラーが出て初期登録できない。web版もゴミだしアプリもゴミ。

アプデ後からバッジが消えない。 今まで通知がついたこともないし、とくに何の依頼があるわけでもない、お知らせが既読になっていないからかと思い読んだけど消えない。今の会社で必要になったけど、もう会社辞めるし、年末には削除しようかな…

通知はOFFにしました。
バッジが消えない時点で、当然、未読のお知らせや未対応文書・署名等確認済みです。
サポートセンターに問合せは会社名入力とか、もう辞める会社なのに会社名の入力とかちょっと手間なので・・・

機能面のアップデートが定期的にあり、初期に比べるとかなり使いやすくなったと思います。
承認や署名の機能面に関して言えば、十分使いやすいと思います。

問題は依頼が来た時の通知面で、リリースから割と早い段階で、「承認や署名の通知があって便利」を謳う割には通知が無いと不満でしたが、アップデートの結果、最近は承認依頼の通知がスマホに来るようになりました。
しかし、残念ながら署名の通知は相変わらず来ません。
設定の問題かと思いましたが、承認依頼の通知は来るのでそこの問題ではないように思います。
サービスサイトなどを見るも、便利を謳うばかりで使い方がまとめられてないので結局分からないままです。
ホームページの書き方をもっと考えて頂きたいです。

スマホのブラウザで署名する派ですが、なぜかタップしても入力画面に切り替わらないため、仕方なくアプリをダウンロード。
初回の登録をし、ログインのため登録したメールアドレスと仮パスを入力するも、「記号を入れて」と表示され、入れず。仮パスには記号は入っていないので訳がわからず…。
パスワードを忘れた人向けのページからメールアドレスを入力し、パスワード発行のためのページを開くと、またメールアドレスとパスワードを入力する画面に…。本末転倒な仕様にびっくりでした。
結局スマホのブラウザでなんとか入力したので、アプリは必要なかったという印象のみが残りました。（ブラウザの方も小さい文字を拡大すると入力部分が表示されないので不便です。）
