On a recent transaction, I experienced a problem caused by their error, which resulted in the loss of 26,000 KRW. Although the amount may not seem significant, the way the issue was handled was extremely disappointing. I reached out for support, but instead of resolving the problem respectfully, their customer service team responded poorly and unprofessionally. What’s more concerning is that after I left an honest review on their Facebook page, sharing my negative experience, they banned me from the page. Instead of addressing the feedback, they chose to silence me, which raises serious concerns about their transparency and accountability. I believe this kind of behavior is not acceptable for a service dealing with financial transactions and trust.
