View your paystub, access your benefits, and more! The Guidelines for use of this app are: GMS Mobile Application platform (the App) permits users to access employment related information. You are advised that the account is available for access by employees but shall not be otherwise modified, expanded, or terminated by the end users, unless specifically requested by GMS. GMS has the exclusive right to create said accounts. The accounts shall remain in accordance with GMS’s record retention rules and regulations. Not only was the help desk not able to resolve my problem, the company said they’d send my information to me and it never arrived. Just this afternoon reset my password and ensured that my login credentials (including security questions) were correct and I am still unable to login given the information the login window requires (email + password). As a current employee, can we please improve the app and add the ability to login using your specified username? Otherwise, I will be unable to utilize this app. ### 1/5 — Trash *2024-12-10, version 1.48.162* Changes up their stuff and loses all my information. ### 1/5 — Terrible company *2024-10-31, version 1.48.157* It’s a terrible app and a terrible company with a terrible website to go with it. Every time I try to log in on the app it says my account can’t be found even though I have an account on the website. Whenever I try to log in on the website, it’s a pain. Now they’ve rolled out some new login page on the website that makes you make ANOTHER LOGIN and after I got it set up and working, I can’t easily get back to that login on their website. It’s like they can’t decide what interface to use and they make it stupid difficult to even login. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it. FYI, it’s not just me. Several people at my job have experienced the same thing and many don’t even bother trying to log in because it’s so ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Blank screen when logging in *2024-10-30, version 1.48.157* There is a blank screen when logging in and doesn’t let you refresh or do anything. Frustrating because this is apparently the only place you can access your digital insurance cards through GMS ### 1/5 — Keep it simple *2024-10-21, version 1.48.157* Won’t let me login. Keeps asking for my email but the gms account I have uses username. Apparently you have to create another account because they aren’t capable of transferring the existing one. Even previous gms was a pain, always wants you to change password and is extra sensitive about what you change it to.
