Its capabilities in editing DWG files and navigating drawings are truly impressive, and I believe the app has real potential. However, there are two key limitations that currently prevent me from purchasing the full version: 1. Lack of comprehensive keyboard shortcut support. I’m referring not just to basic actions like copy and undo, but to full desktop-level shortcuts that significantly enhance CAD workflows—such as Delete, Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+C/V, Zoom In/Out, Pan, Select All, and more. 2. No support for zooming using the mouse scroll wheel. This feature is essential in engineering environments, especially when using an iPad with an external mouse. If these two features are implemented, I’m ready to purchase the app immediately. They are fundamental to efficient daily work and would greatly improve productivity. I hope you’ll consider this request, and I look forward to seeing these enhancements in future updates. Need to try few times to open and it happen again and again ### 4/5 — Worth the effort *2021-03-11, version 2.7.2* I’m a hobby user who wanted an affordable CAD App to produce high quality drawings for personal use and to have items made in jobbing workshops. This app is both affordable and effective. It does, however, take some effort and time to learn how to use efficiently. Nevertheless, once mastered it is very good for making and printing paper plans for use. Some experience of other CAD packages is very useful along with the conventions of technical drawing. ### 2/5 — Needs tutorials *2020-09-28* It’s pretty difficult to navigate. Needs some tutorials. Sometimes it doesn’t auto safe and you loose tons of progress and when going between files a pending tree ad pops up and doesn’t go away so you have to close the app kit completely and re start but other than that it’s a great cad app for mobile use ### 4/5 — Great interface, expensive, and buggy *2020-05-09* I really like the interface. I can tell it was very well thought out. When it works as expected, it is amazing! Having said that, there are some bugs and if I want to get rid of the advertisements, I would have to pay quite a bit. That leaves me with a product that is simultaneously great and very annoying. Fix the bugs and make the price reasonable and it would make me much happier. This app is one of the best in the App Store for cad!! It’s better than AutoCAD in my opinion. No help or manual? *2024-05-21, version 2.7.2* This app has a lot of potential but for the following problems: - The app appears to have been abandoned (though the developer is still taking our money…) for 3 years. - I’m paying for the "pro" version, but there do not actually seem to be any "pro" features. - There is no "help" system or manual, which is a problem given that the app does not follow standard approaches to CAD and the icons have no tooltips. - The app does not work with the Apple Pencil 2 It’s a shame because this could have been so good! ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — ممتاز كنت ادور على برنامج يدعم 2D *2023-12-10* يدعم 2D يعطيك اغلب ماتحتاجة لرسم انصح فيه ويوجد شروحات على اليوتيوب 1-ارجو دعم الغة العربية 2- تسهيل الاستخدام مثلا استخدام الذكاء الصناعي وشكرا ### 5/5 — Great DWG viewer and editor *2023-01-22* I looked at several apps for editing DWG files, and this is by far the most intuitive app. I love that you can try the the app without registration and the price is very reasonable. ### 5/5 — Best 2D drafting app!!! *2021-11-18* This app is just best for 2D / Isometric drafting. Very similar to autocad desktop version, much better then autocad mobil version. There is a brief description of many command buttons, but its not enough, Please add a help menu or more detailed description of all of its functions and commands. Also, if possible, please add a polygon option and grid snap and snap buttons to drawing menu bar, it would save few extra “clicks” instead of going to settings for that. Other than that its a fantastic app, stable, many functions, intuitive, just pleasure to work with, but lack of snap buttons is frustrating at times. ### 5/5 — Best DXF/ model build app *2021-10-26* For building 3D civil models on an IPad, nothing comes close to this app. TBC or Civil 3Dmay be better and quicker, but they have no editor on the IPad, let alone 3D. I’ve been able to figure out how to build nearly any civil workload from the plans with this app. I highly recommend this app ### 5/5 — AutoCAD Mobile Replacement *2019-11-01, version 2.5* Now that Autodesk has reduced the mobile app to an editor/ viewer, this is a viable alternative for anyone wanting to create dwg files on the go. It is not perfect by any means; but I have not tried anything better. It has most of the functionality of AutoCAD LT at a fraction of the price. Try it I do not think you will be disappointed. ### 5/5 — In field it’s terrific *2019-06-17, version 2.5* My use case is just for viewing DWG drawings and searching objects. It’s for telco plans. Does everything it’s all I need. Other app I tried kept crashing with same files. It handles large files easily. Great to use in field when pressed to deliver. The more I use it the more I discover. Nice on. However now my touch isnt recognized properly(registers about 10mms to the 7oclock position of where i actually touched) and i try to compensate but its just too aggravating to keep fighting with.
