Extremely disappointed with GNC’s service. I placed my order on June 28, and it has been more than a week, yet my order hasn’t even been dispatched.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that the product I ordered was out of stock. What’s shocking is that this was never communicated to me when I placed the order. Instead of providing a clear resolution or even an estimated delivery date, I was told it could take 10 days, 15 days, or even a month. How is that acceptable? And now they are not even picking up my calls.

If the product was out of stock, GNC should have informed customers upfront instead of accepting orders and making them wait indefinitely. This reflects poor inventory management, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customers’ time.

I expected much better from a brand like GNC. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. Unless the company improves its communication and order fulfillment process, I would not recommend ordering directly from them.

I am a long team user of GNC but the experience i got by ordering from their own website was pathetic. Order was delayed for several days after connecting with their team multiple times there was zero ownership. Ultimately i had to go to the courier office and get the product by my self because when I asked to cancel my order i came to know that even though the box never reached me still the box has to be delivered back to the source warehouse to get my refund. Never ever going to use your app. It was so frustrating I thought of not using GNC again even though i am using it from past 5 years but why should I compromise on my goals due to some in competent fools.

I ordered from GNC and the expected delivery date was 8th April. On 8th April, without my knowledge, the order was cancelled from their end. I immediately called customer service, and they told me there was an app issue and that my delivery was already on the way and would be delivered on 10th April.

On 10th April, there was still no delivery and no update. When I called again, they gave a different reason saying the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the delivery call. This is completely incorrect, as I was waiting for the delivery and did not receive any call.

They then asked me to wait 24–48 hours. After that, every time I called, there was no proper response or clear update. I also requested a refund, but they have not processed that either.

This entire experience has been very frustrating order cancelled without informing, incorrect information from customer service, no proper follow-up, and refund not being processed. After checking reviews, I also noticed many others have faced similar issues.

If this is not resolved soon, I will be raising a consumer complaint.

This was my first purchase with your brand, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The delivery was delayed, and upon arrival, I received a product worth approximately ₹1300, whereas my order was for a product around ₹700. The received product is not useful for me at all.

I was informed that without an unboxing video, my concern cannot be addressed. Recording a video for such value products is neither practical nor something I’ve encountered on other platforms. I expect a more flexible, customer-centric resolution, as I value your brand and want to continue shopping. I hope you’ll address this situation promptly.

GNC has cheated the customer. I ordered 5 products, but the invoice shows only 4 products, and I also received only 4 items in the box. They are claiming that they sent all 5 products and saying that since I don’t have an unboxing video, they can’t help me. When I asked them to take the product back because I don’t need it, they said I will have to pay a return pickup charge of ₹300–₹600, which I have never heard any company charging before. This company is completely fraudulent and is cheating its customers.

Everyday there is an update saying failed to deliver the order due to some irrelevant reason (like The receiver didn’t accept the order, other reasons). This experience ruined every impression I had on the app I am sorry..

Fraud Company, once you order a product from them, they will deliberately delay it and won’t respond to your complaints. Then randomly you will get a call stating that your order is delayed please pay money to release and it will be refunded for COD orders and for prepaid it’s a nightmare. I ordered on 31st august and from then its not processed yet, the customer support team only has a single reply, wait for 24-48 hours but they don’t do anything, no email no revert call. Nothing. Fraud Company.

I have placed my order in the month of august, For the entire month of august my order was cancelled twice where as the final order cancellation observed in the month of September,

It has been 15 days now and still the refund is not processed, 

Customer service often disconnects the call after asking valid reasons, chat support do not entertain any complaint. 

So any buyer who wish to donate money would definitely go ahead and buy from this app, 

Do not expect the product will be delivered at you if you are paying online.
