I have not received any call or confirmation or refund even after 2-3 weeks of multiple complaints. I got response from their currier partner. But no response from GNC India. However, my recent experience has been nothing short of pathetic. I placed an order worth around ₹10,000, which included creatine, pre-workout, and isolate whey protein. While placing the order, their team was actively calling me, offering coupons, and coordinating to ensure I purchased. But after payment, the service completely collapsed. It’s been almost a month now no delivery, no meaningful updates. I’ve tried contacting their team multiple times with no proper response. I even messaged them on Instagram and reached out to their delivery partner, Shiprocket, but still nothing. It feels like my order is lost in transit, and I’m not even sure I’ll ever receive it. I’ve requested a refund, but they haven’t processed it either. This entire experience shows a complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and zero urgency. Also, my data has been leaked by your firm and I have received multiple fake calls for making payments even when my order was prepaid. I’m shocked at how unprofessional and unreliable GNC has become. I placed an order that was clearly marked as dispatch within 24 hours, but even after 48 hours, there was no update, no shipment, no communication. So I called their customer support. What did they say? “Please wait another 24-48 hours.” Fine. I waited. Still nothing. I called again — and guess what? The same scripted response: “Please wait another 24-48 hours.” Are you kidding me? Is this some kind of joke or a customer support loop from hell? No accountability, no escalation, and absolutely zero respect for the customer’s time or trust. This is not just a delay — it’s a complete failure in basic service. If you can’t even stick to your own timelines or provide real updates, don’t advertise false commitments. I’ve ordered supplements from many platforms, but this has been by far the worst experience. Strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from GNC. I purchased products under the ₹3299 offer (i.e., buy any 3 for ₹3299). I selected the following items: 1. GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein 2 lbs – Strawberry flavor 2. Creatine Monohydrate – Orange / 100 gms 3. Creatine Monohydrate – Unflavoured / 100 gms However, I received the following items: 1. GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein 2 lbs – Strawberry flavor 2. Creatine Monohydrate – Orange / 100 gms 3. L-Carnitine Tablets 500 mg – 30 Tablets I don’t understand how my third item was replaced with L-Carnitine Tablets and how the order was edited. Before placing the order, I checked the order summary three times to ensure everything was correct. My advice to GNC: Please don’t mislead customers. You need to improve your database and backend systems to prevent such issues. I bought the tango flavour and love it. The powder mixes very nicely with water and gives a yummy orange colour. I have started feeling strength and stamina gains when lifting weights and other exercises. Also it makes me recover faster. All this happened within 7 days or daily about 6gms of power. Also since I am a vegetarian I felt more benefits out of it. I placed my order on June 28, and it has been more than a week, yet my order hasn’t even been dispatched. When I contacted customer support, I was told that the product I ordered was out of stock. What’s shocking is that this was never communicated to me when I placed the order. Instead of providing a clear resolution or even an estimated delivery date, I was told it could take 10 days, 15 days, or even a month. How is that acceptable? And now they are not even picking up my calls. If the product was out of stock, GNC should have informed customers upfront instead of accepting orders and making them wait indefinitely. This reflects poor inventory management, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customers’ time. I expected much better from a brand like GNC. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. On 8th April, without my knowledge, the order was cancelled from their end. I immediately called customer service, and they told me there was an app issue and that my delivery was already on the way and would be delivered on 10th April. On 10th April, there was still no delivery and no update. When I called again, they gave a different reason saying the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the delivery call. This is completely incorrect, as I was waiting for the delivery and did not receive any call. They then asked me to wait 24–48 hours. After that, every time I called, there was no proper response or clear update. I also requested a refund, but they have not processed that either. This entire experience has been very frustrating order cancelled without informing, incorrect information from customer service, no proper follow-up, and refund not being processed. I ordered 5 products, but the invoice shows only 4 products, and I also received only 4 items in the box. When I asked them to take the product back because I don’t need it, they said I will have to pay a return pickup charge of ₹300–₹600, which I have never heard any company charging before.
