It’s frustrating to use every time. It should be embarrassing to GNC. ### 2/5 — A huge glitchy mess *2026-08-22, version 13.12.35* I ended up ordering from a competitor because your app is so horrible and I gave up I would login and it would still not have me logged in and prompt me to continue logging in and then I would get errors. You select instore pickup in search criteria and when you look at your cart it shows nothing selected is available for pickup. You type in a common search criteria…clear Protien… it tells you nothing matches your criteria. All it’s basically good for is researching product stats and even that is unreliable at times. My last delivery of protein, over a hundred dollars, wasn’t received and they didn’t want to resend my product. I literally spent hundreds of dollars on GNC and it was upsetting that they basically said that I’m out of my money and I feel after all the money I’ve spent, I should at LEAST be reimbursed ONE TIME. The keyboard input for health data has zero functionality because you have to find the one target pixel to activate the key press. Multiple devices and multiple versions. Could you possibly create a shopping section or filter that only shows us pro-exclusive products? ### 5/5 — Pro *2023-07-21* I signed up last year March 2022. I spent my entire year becoming a walking tank. I used GNC to purchase all my protein powder and weight gainer and even tried bulk gainer. I also used GNC to purchase all my vitamins and supplements. I signed up and took advantage of pro days to buy my orders in higher quantities. For example throughout the year lookout for the Bogo and deal days. The savings I’ve seen I think is around the same amount as I’ve spent. I’m literally so pleased with the pro days deals it’s unreal how nice this company is when you time your purchases right. I then redownloaded the updated version of the app and if you don’t use this app then you need to sign up now. Today is the day to become amazingly successful in making yourself the best possible you! The rewards are exceptional and the pro perks are just outstanding. They made the app free to sign up you can also earn perks while shopping here and not paying for the membership of a PRO. I don’t think they offered this when I signed up because I went PRO on day 1. Anyway I would sign up for the free membership at least and honestly I believe PRO is way more worth it I’m the end result of you ordering like me. Wait until the PRO days bogo and buy in bulk! I also stack the items with an extra 10% off adding as a subscription. This is the best place to shop for supplements, easy to keep track of your history and with the new update I can’t explain how exciting it is for me to track my progress now. You can enter your vitamins and follow your daily routines, it’s good it’s so good for self care and very healthy habit creating ways. One love GNC! One love.
