Otherwise very cool. Came from miracle merchant. Very cool art style and concept, and super easy to pick up and learn. ### 4/5 — Perfect! (Except for one silly thing) *2023-09-18, version 1.0.4* I think this might be my all-time favourite solitaire game on iOS, but I’m really disappointed that there’s no landscape orientation option on iPad. You’d think that would be a no-brainer. The UI is great, and nothing is too small or unclear. The art is great too, and the gnome has a nice variety of animations. The sound design, whilst uninspiring, is certainly serviceable, but honestly on iOS games sound design really isn’t that important, it’s nice to have it in there for sure though. The only downside is that some of the symbol colours on the cards are a little unclear, especially when the background of the card varies, changing the how the colour of the symbol itself appears, it can lead to moments where you miss planned, or arnt sure why a card can’t be stacked. ### 4/5 — Great except for ratings *2022-01-16* Great game except that it seems impossible to get to the first rank, and I’ve only even seen 1 person at the second rank (and that person just plummeted to rank 10 for what reason I have no idea) ### 4/5 — Nearly Brilliant *2021-02-10* Minimal ads (can use some as a “continue” in the challenge mode). Clever spin off of solitaire. I just really wish the simple rules always applied. There are certain cases where unexplained rules start to apply. Not sure if it’s a bug or intentional. Developer creates great games but really needs to give better instructions of the mechanics of all his games. If I’d never played any of his other games and this were the free offer to get a flavor of his games, I’d probably pass on all his games. Fortunately I discovered his other games first so I wasn’t put off by this one. ### 1/5 — Uhhh, how do you lose? *2021-02-10, version 1.0.2* I don’t understand entirely how to play, but I played four times and didn’t lose. I am not even trying, I’m just doing the only moves that are eligible? The challenge mode is nice but it has no “restart” or undo feature ... so 1 mistake and you sube to fully quit, then go back through various menus to start ### 2/5 — Confusing game, Difficult UI *2023-01-29* This is a confusing micro game. The UI symbols are way too small and the blue and green symbols are too close in color value that it’s difficult to see what is what. It seems like I can’t play some cards even though they appear to be legal to place. It’s free because I the player am being tracked. They’re so great & so short!! It feels so incomplete & sad! 😭😭😭😭 ### 2/5 — Challenge Ranking System *2020-12-08* The challenge ranking system is terrible when you get up to higher ranks. It would be understandable if it got harder to progress as you rank up, but I just won a challenge and got 0 points from it. The formula needs some sort of tweaks. Also, I’ve had challenges that somehow end up with 11/10 people and don’t end until the time limit runs out, and challenges that stop at 10/10 and also don’t end until the time limit runs out. (Good job making sure the game doesn’t literally break, but I would really appreciate if I didn’t have to wait an extra 8 hours to play a challenge, given that I can only have 3 active at a time.) Other than that, the game is pretty great, but challenges are kinda terrible sometimes. ### 3/5 — Fun but no tutorial option *2022-09-14* Only at the very beginning if there’s somewhat of a tutorial but there’s sometimes to where some people haven’t played it for a while I might need a tutorial selection to refresh ### 3/5 — Gorgeous Game, Hard to Learn *2022-08-03* This game is great all the way around, stunning and captivating art, short yet interesting gameplay and supposedly simple rules. Unfortunately it falls short due to the fact that some rules are not explained and the game will not allow you to place certain cards that should absolutely be allowed to be placed. If you don’t mind restarting every few games due to this then I highly recommend playing. ### 3/5 — Fun quick game *2021-02-10* I like the game, but there are things I don’t quite understand about it. Why do certain cards get locked from play when they have Match to play on? Then later get unlocked for no apparent reason. Wish there was a rules sheet in the game menu, but it’s not explained why this happens. ### 3/5 — Good idea, no forgiveness makes gameplay difficult *2021-02-03* When you make a mistake, the game automatically forces you to either quit or watch an add to fix your mistake. Why they’ve decided to create a free game, I don’t know, but I would hope that they enjoyed making it, because I can’t imagine they are making any money from this at all.
