## What is Gnrgy Multi?

For professional charger technicians! The Gnrgy Multi-Tool is a new and innovative collection of digital tools for field technicians and other professionals of the e-Mobility industry.

Remote support

This app is provided free of charge by Gnrgy Ltd., the leading manufacturer of chargers for the ​e-Mobility industry.

All Gnrgy Professional apps are of course of the usual high Gnrgy quality.

Automatic warranty duration selection
Warranty duration is now assigned automatically based on the selected retail importer when adding a charge spot. This reduces manual effort and ensures that the correct warranty information is applied consistently.

Users must now register their mobile device with Gnrgy to use the Multitool app. This ensures only authorised devices can access user accounts, improving security.

The app now supports in-app updates, allowing users to download and install the latest version directly from within the app.
