Пробовал l2tp. Долгое подключение в итоге конекта не происходит.

The application does not work. I tried to connect to different versions of the VPN server (Linux: 4.42.9798, 5.02.5180, 5.02.5187 Latest; Windows: 5.02.5187 Latest). On 4.42 the server does not respond at all, on 5.02 it tries to connect, but returns an error. In the list of server sessions the session appears, but it says that TCP CONNECTION 0, in the Hub status the device “Bridge” appears (not “Client”), packets and bytes are received. In this application the status is “Connecting”, then after some time it returns an error (Error. Please check your configuration). Judging by the logs on the server, authentication is successful. In general, according to the logs, a successful connection differs from this in that a unique ID is assigned, and the sessions from this application have an ID of the type “all zeros”. Most likely, this is a consequence, not a cause.
Of course, connections from other devices or via the L2TP protocol work.

Приложение не работает. Я пытался подключиться к разным версиям VPN-сервера (Linux: 4.42.9798, 5.02.5180, 5.02.5187 Latest; Windows: 5.02.5187 Latest). На 4.42 сервер в целом никак не реагирует, к 5.02 пытается подключиться, но выдает ошибку. В списке сессий сервера сессия появляется, но указано, что TCP CONNECTION 0, в статусе Hub появляется устройство “Bridge” (Не “Client”), пакеты и байты ходят. В данном приложении статус “Connecting”, затем спустя некоторое время выдает ошибку (Error. Please check your configuration). Судя по логам на сервере, аутентификация проходит успешно. В целом по логам успешное подключение от этого отличается тем, что назначается уникальный ID, а сессии из этого приложения ID вида “все нули”. Скорее всего это следствие, а не причина. 
Разумеется, подключения с других устройств либо по протоколу L2TP работают.

При попытке открыть сразу закрывается. Пользоваться невозможно.

После удаления РКНа из русского магазина, стал пользоваться любимым сервисом через него. Всё отлично, настроил сервера и выбираешь страны согласно забитым айпишкам (включаешь нужный тумблер). Очень удобный интерфейс.
