Taxed after you buy inside the app and eating my 5 euro top ups mysteriously and I’ve never used it and completely disappeared go use a different telecom company such a scam and do not ever link your card debit or credit you’ll be reporting unauthorized transactions what a headache and hassle

This app pretended to sell an eSIM for my phone, which did not work. They charge my card and refused to refund it after it would not work. Then, they automatically build me for the next month, even though I did not authorize it.

Phone app crashes all the time, you have to login every time as will not remember settings. Payments don’t show for ages. And when you buy bundles they don’t register ask to buy again, then you end up with 2 bundles hours later.
