When I click on “ok” button the app shifts dates. But it us very difficult to speak to someone in the office, e.g. to change a ticket. ### 4/5 — Solid, no-frills app *2019-12-14, version 1.2.1* Schedules, tickets, and maps—everything I want in a travel app. UI is slightly off when viewing a ticket: on iPhone X, the ticket view is obscured by the UI header, and the back button, which works fine from other parts of the app, doesn’t seem to work there. ### 2/5 — Crippling bugs and obvious omissions *2019-08-28, version 1.2.1* It shows what it needs, there are serious bugs and oversights though. When I view a ticket, the back button doesn’t work, softlocking the app, and requiring me to quit and relaunch it. Also when viewing the map for the station you’re going to go to for the bus, there is no actual address, just cross streets (at least in NYC) and there is no option to open that location in Google or Apple Maps so you can get directions there. ### 2/5 — I travel a lot *2019-07-21, version 1.2.1* It’s Sunday the Bus is late, it 92 out. The family isn’t happy. The ride from DC to NYC was overly bumpy. Needs better shocks and struts. WiFi was just OK. I scheduled a 7:30 time and they didn’t have me on the list. I scheduled a 9:30 return and they switched it to 11am. ### 4/5 — Horrible, Life-Threatening Service *2019-04-22, version 1.1.9* The bus was supposed to arrive destination at 8pm. But the bus stopped in the middle of nowhere (2 hours from destination) at 8:30pm. Then the driver said his hours were up and let more than 30 passengers to go home by our own means. I called the company and they had no clue. I called 911 and then a state police officer arrived. Eventually they found a new driver and got us to the city. I arrived home at mid night. This was literally the most terrible bus service I ever had. The sit was broken, I could not sit properly, in the meantime, there were 4 sit empty in the front but the driver did not allowed me to sit in those empty sits. The air conditioning was in full capacity while the front of the bus was warm. I tried calling and emailing and got no response even after 24 hours. Call center says closed despite the website telling you to call any time after 730 7 days a week. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never use again. The seats were so comfortable and the ride was so smooth. While I was on my way to Virginia, everyone was quiet. They were not talking so it was so relaxing! I can’t wait to go to Virginia again to see my family! Affordable unlike Greyhound Academy is very clean, friendly drivers, quick and efficient trip! GoBuses are very convenient for us to pickup/drop off from Newton and they are always on time. The buses themselves are usually very comfortable and clean, and service, while not perfect, is definitely better than most other intercity bus companies.
