Their app is uncomplicated and simple to use. I can quickly go into the app and upload any documents I need to ( detention, accessorial, etc.) or download my load information instantaneously. When dealing with payments, Go by Truck releases load payments within minutes of receiving PODs. With the easy to use app and quick payment release, Go by Truck helps me run my company more efficiently and that is very important to me as a business owner. The employees and customer service are handled in an organized manner as well. Deseree, Alex, Ricky, Victoria, and Manzi do their jobs exceptionally well. They are all organized and reliable individuals. When ever I have a problem or concern, I can rest assured that there will be someone around to address it 24/7. The communication between my company and Go by Truck is exceptional. As a company owner, I really appreciate being able to call my broker and not have to explain who I am, what company I am from, or what load I am calling in regards to.
