But for runs around town they’re ok. Please though, I beg you to offer us control of notifications. I’ve counted 10 notifications for one trip. Multiple emails, SMS, app/push, voicemail, phone calls. It seems that the app has been REPLACED WITHOUT HAVING A COMPREHENSIVE MIGRATION PATH !!!! Hence, what I used to have has been totally lost! I find this really really annoying. I’ve been a customer for many many years! It keeps logging me out multiple times and the time it says of how far the driver is, is a lie. It said it was 2 minutes away but took 15 minutes to get to me. The also map does not load whatsoever. The old app was much better, appearance wise is nice but the old way was much better.
