Bought parking tickets.  Advised to get yet another app & download tickets to wallet.  Tickets show up sometimes not others.  Have logged in & out.  Button to add to wallet there but does not work!  Super frustrating & no one to call.

On average it takes me 15 minutes to buy a ticket. At various stages the app prompts logins for this app, UofO, and Ticketmaster. Buying and transferring tickets is a nightmare. I have honestly cancelled plans to go to a game because of how frustrating this app is..
