Findet keine einzige Haltestelle auf Ischia. Findet fast keine Busverbindungen korrekt auf Ischia, Fahrpreis für einfache Fahrt nicht korrekt (5,10 statt 1,70)!
Fazit: schnell wieder deinstallieren, Fahrplan und Fahrscheine wie gehabt als Papierausgabe nutzen!

L’app il 90% del tempo funziona correttamente, ma é inaccettabile che capiti che il pagamento con Nexi vada a buon fine con tanto di soldi prelevati dal conto e mail ricevuta e invece nell’applicativo non figurano i titoli acquistati (pagato due volte, entrambi i titoli non sono presenti).

UPDATED: I sent an email to the service link and within with my phone number and the service team verified my number and email. The App I then had to use Password Reminder and then I was in. I added a credit card and today purchased first tickets. The tickets have QR codes when activated to get through the barriers. 
PREVIOUS REVIEW: Downloaded app and used +44 for UK. Tried mobile number with and without a 0 in front but no SMS. I do get a confirmation email saying a PIN will be sent via SMS. Still no PIN.

Times of the trains are always wrong. Half of the time, they show trains that don’t even exist, and I can’t see the route of the train (where it will stop, etc.). In some stations, there is no QR code reader, so the QR code feature is useless.

I think this company should stop working in this field and give all authority of the line to Trenitalia. They do a far better job. For goodness’ sake, how hard could it be to synchronize this app with existing trains and lines? There aren’t even many trains and routes.

Even I, as a single entity, could do a better job than this.

As many others have wrote, I never received the SMS code to verify my account. I emailed customer service and asked them to verify my account which they did. I was then able to login, search for and buy train tickets from Sorrento to Napoli.

Just like everyone else has said, this app will not SMS authenticate to USA or CAN +1 phone numbers. Frustrating when the tap-to-pay doesn’t work at the Sorrento Station and you have to wait in a long line at a ticket counter moving slowly you miss the train.

Wow, yet another review on how bad this app is. They do send you an email but can’t send you an SMS? So instead of letting you confirm by email they just tell you in the email to check your SMS that never comes? Why not just confirm with email. Good grief. Also, the search is terrible and does not always show the options or even the correct times. 
For the love, hire someone that knows how to make a proper app and stop embarrassing yourselves. I travel all over the world and this is one of the worst.

Téléchargé le 13 avril 2025. Ils vous demandent des informations telles que votre adresse électronique, votre adresse et votre numéro de téléphone portable, etc. Il vous est d'abord demandé d'activer l'application en cliquant sur un lien dans un courriel qu'ils vous envoient. Vous devez enregistrer votre carte bancaire dans l'application, c'est la seule chose que je n'ai pas aimée. Une fois la carte ajoutée et les 0 euros débités de votre compte bancaire, vous pouvez facilement trouver des trajets et acheter des billets. Nous avons utilisé l'application pour acheter des billets sur la ligne Torre Annunziata-Napoli.

The app works well. Downloaded on the 13th of April 2025. We used the app to check schedules and buy tickets on the Torre Annunziata-Napoli line. Works fine. They ask for a lot of details; home address, mobile number, etc. in theory you only need the right email address to click the verification link. The only thing I was not so keen on was adding my bank card which must be done. They make a 0Eur transaction to your bank to register it then it’s done.

The app could certainly be improved. For instance, it only allowed me to buy one ticket at a time. However, it was certainly useful to be able to buy tickets for the Circumvesuviana line from Naples to Pompei ahead of time.

Wir haben diese App für unseren Urlaub auf Ischia geladen und kaufen damit unsere Busfahrkarten. Die Kreditkarte wird fix hinterlegt und macht das Zahlen noch einfacher. Das klappt perfekt! Wir sind völlig unabhängig von dem Kauf von Papierfahrscheinen in einem Tabakladen und das Bezahlen beim Busfahrer ist seit Corona sowieso nicht mehr möglich. Diese App ist für Touristen auf Ischia ein Must Have!

Sono in vacanza a Napoli per le festività e grazie alla soluzioni di viaggio dell app sto riuscendo a muovermi per la città senza problemi. Inizialmente ho comprato i biglietti cartacei perché non avevo capito come funzionasse la registrazione della carta. Chiamato l assistenza e una simpaticissima ragazza mi ha spiegato come fare. L’idea di questa app è senz’altro buona, però il mio inconveniente è che non mi fa registrare perché non mi arriva l’SMS di conferma per andare avanti. Come risolvere?
RETTIFICO: L’SMS è arrivato ma in ritardo (ok, ci può stare) ma ora il PIN non è riconosciuto, nonostante richieda l’invio dello stesso varie volte, quindi sono sempre bloccato allo stesso punto. Come risolvere?

Lodevole l’iniziativa, se non altro per ridurre la scusa del non fare il biglietto o farlo per tratte minori ma sono arrivata a Sorrento e giustamente i bigliettai mi hanno comunicato che mi conveniva farlo il loco, visto che sono retribuiti per state lì alle prime luci dell’alba e comunque sono sempre loro a dover aprire la porta visto che i tornelli sono obsoleti e non adatti a leggere i biglietti elettronici. Forza, EAV! Un ultimo sforzo per rendere funzionale se non altro il pagamento e sperare che la cassa frutti per rendere migliori anche orari e parco treni, rendendo facile, veloce e immediato il pagamento non potrete più dare la colpa a chi scrocca e chi scrocca non potrà più accusarvi di biglietterie rotte e mancati controlli. (P.s. Anche l’acquisto della tratta è abbastanza confusionaria, ma quando ci si prende la mano diventa più facile). In bocca al lupo!
