### 3/5 — Intro link doesn’t work

*2021-05-20, version 2.3.2*

I was very excited to try this app, but the intro to tapping selection doesn’t work.

### 3/5 — No Money

*2019-06-30, version 2.3.2*

All will be alright as long as I do not have to pay money for an app.

### 5/5 — Brand new to app

*2016-05-23, version 1.0.8*

I just completed the intro; map lesson and my own session. The app functioned without issue and i got a noticeable reduction in the trouble i was working on. I appreciate tools that work!

### 5/5 — Worth the $

*2014-06-30, version 1.0.3*

Love this app. I was hoping it would be good given the price tag and it doesn't disappoint. It does an excellent job of walking you through the tapping process and gives you the opportunity to record your personal symptom and then continue rounds with the same symptom/emotion until relief is established. I definitely recommend the app.

### 1/5 — Broken

*2025-08-07, version 2.3.4*

Nothing happens, this app doesn’t work

### 1/5 — This app does not work.

*2021-12-20, version 2.3.2*

I can’t use the app

### 1/5 — No the best

*2021-10-14, version 2.3.2*

They removed the pictures?

### 1/5 — Won’t open

*2021-09-23, version 2.3.2*

Just installed this and the opening page does not open. Can this be resolved?

### 1/5 — Intro

*2021-04-19, version 2.3.2*

Something is wrong with the intro. You can’t view the video. And before you can do a tapping session you need to check off that you reviewed the video.

### 1/5 — Not what I was looking for

*2015-05-19, version 1.0.4*

I was simply looking for an audio Recording that accompanies the tapping process and this does not have it. I wish I could get my money back. I bought this A minute ago and now I'm stuck with it because it doesn't have what I was looking for

### 1/5 — Deleting from phone. EFT is great; this app is a disaster.

*2013-12-29, version 1.0.1*

I cannot get through an EFT session because the sound file keeps looping back to the karate chop section.

Because it doesn't work, I would like a refund.

It's clear this effort was entered into with the best of intentions, with the hopes of replicating an in-person EFT session. That is a laudable goal, but the design issues are so glaring that even if I HAD been able to get through an EFT session with the app, I would still be deleting the app from my phone.

First, having a voiced intro that launches each and every time the app opens is unnecessary and annoying. It's an intro. I don't need to hear it every day. There isn't even a setting where it can be turned off. Also, it's three and a half minutes long. I can get through an entire EFT tapping session in that time.

The voiced "thank you for confirming" message is jarring and unnecessary. A pop-up would do fine here.

How can I track my progress (the reason I was even looking for an EFT app) if the data I enter is in a sound file? I'm not going to go back and listen to these. There should be an option to type in the data.

Users don't need an explanation of how to record or what an emotion is and they certainly don't need it every time they try to do EFT. This info and the into should launch on the first opening of the app, then be located somewhere where the user can access the info later if needed. But no auto-launching. Think about your user: He or she might be trying to tap at work and not be able to have sound blaring on suddenly.

The icons for recording also should be improved. Standard buttons and functionality should be used. When the audio stops and then the user has to restart the audio after saying his or her piece, the buttons should change accordingly from stop to play.

If someone reads this far and is new to EFT--it's great, just don't get this app unless these issues are fixed. I think the EFT practitioner is likely quite good at what she does, but partnered with someone with little or no design and usability experience.

Sadly, I will be deleting this app.

### 2/5 — Needs updating. Intro page link doesn’t work.

*2021-11-21, version 2.3.2*

The link for intro to tapping is no longer working. Not a good start! It definitely needs updating and all the links checking

### 2/5 — So-so

*2018-10-01, version 2.3.2*

This is a beginner level app. The recording option didn’t work on my phone and when the bags to the next area to tap. It would be easier if the words are typed out. I deleted it from my phone already.

### 3/5 — EFT into not working.

*2021-09-17, version 2.3.2*

Upon first opening it it comes up with OOPS Page not found. Don’t know if it’s because I have already done the iPhone 14.8 update. Haven’t even opened it up using the next option

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2025-07-05, version 2.3.4*

So simple yet so effective. I am enjoying using this to help me record my problems and using the bridge section to tap scripture that helps me with the problem. I am so happy I gave this app a chance.

### 5/5 — Ringing in both ears.

*2023-05-18*

So far my Tinnitus is holding on 7 days a week and 24 hrs a day. There is some satisfaction in trying this out and will apply to my optical migraines when they appear.

### 5/5 — loving this app

*2023-02-26, version 2.3.4*

This is easy to use and I’m already feeling much better and seeing improvements after just several uses over the last few weeks. I especially like her instructions and reassurances, and listen through each time though I could skip them. Even though now I know what to do, her words help me see things in new ways. Also, it’s so powerful to hear my own recorded voice state the issue and then the bridge, over and over again. If I feel too emotional to keep repeating, my recorded answer is doing it for me while I tap. I will continue using this app. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Great ideas

*2022-10-10, version 2.3.4*

Great ideas but too expensive for me

### 5/5 — Miss

*2022-08-23, version 2.3.4*

Amazing app

### 5/5 — Basic, but hits the mark

*2022-05-07, version 2.3.4*

The app is a little bit old school but it still helps me a lot. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2021-10-12, version 2.3.2*

Came at just the right time.

### 5/5 — Great

*2018-09-02, version 2.3.2*

This app is wonderful! Thank you

### 5/5 — Could be better

*2017-12-07, version 2.3.1*

Could be better, and it is a pretty neat app. The fact that it is simple makes it more likely to use. I have practiced CBT and DBT. EFT is easy and really stops the negative ruminating when nothing else will. I plan to use this daily now.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2016-09-18, version 1.0.8*

This is a simple, easy to follow eft tapping app. Sara has a very soothing voice as she guides the user through a basic EFT session. The format is quickly learned.
