## What is Go Fertility?

At The Center for Reproductive Medicine and Robotic Surgery we provide private, professional and compassionate fertility care. Dr. Jacob and our reproductive team provide a very personalized approach, from diagnostic assessment and early intervention through high-tech procedures like In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), and Intra cytoplasmic Sperm Insertion (ICSI), intrauterine insemination (IUI) and Pre implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD). We offer a full range of medical and surgical interventions addressing infertility issues such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, genetic issues, male factor infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, low ovarian reserve and stress management. Our in-house Egg Donor  Program, sperm donor program, embryo donation program, oocyte cryo program and independent andrology laboratory and cryobank offer top quality, confidential and cost-efficient services for our patients.

We provide many advanced surgical procedures including robotic surgery, which is performed using the Da Vinci Robotic system which enables surgeons to perform surgical procedures with unmatched precision, dexterity and control.  The patient usually experiences significantly less pain, fewer complications, minimal blood loss, shorter hospital stay, minimal scarring, and a quicker recovery and return to normal activities. Our medical Director, Dr. Jacob is a certified Robotic Surgeon and is a national proctor. He train surgeons in Robotic Surgery. Dr. Jacob completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and fellowship in Reproductive Endocronology and Infertility at the Royal College of Surgeons, Rotunda Hospital, Dublin.

Dr. Jacob is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Washington Univeristy School of Medicine in St. Louis. He is the Medical and Program Director of the Center.
