## What is Go Fitness?

Go Fitness app allows you to measure your heart rate and speed/cadence performance with the aid of Go Fitness Bluetooth Smart sensors; which can let you to keep track your record to reach your traning and fitness goals. 

How to connect your Bluetooth Smart hardware for measurement 
Bluetooth Smart enabled devices include the iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPod Touch 5th generation, iPad 3rd & 4th generation and iPad mini. 
Use Go Fitness app to connect your Bluetooth Smart hardware including heart rate monitors and speed/cadence sensors. 

How Go Fitness apps support the users 
Go Fitness apps can show the following data with the corresponding sensors connected to the Bluetooth Smart Ready devices. 
1. Total exercise time 
2. Calories consumption 
3. Average/Maximum heart rate (in BPM) 
4. Instant heart rate zone with notifications to users 
5. Average speed (in cycling mode) 
6. Average cadence (in cycling mode) 
7. Total distance (in cycling mode)
