I am unable to link a bank account to the wallet. It continues to say User ID is Mandatory but then doesn’t allow you to input it anywhere. I’ve logged in and out to see if it corrects the problem and it continues to glitch.  It never accepts any information you input because of this. Very frustrating.  Please fix!!  I e already complained and waited over the requested 24 hours to “check back.”
