My fave order is an egg and cheese sandwich with avocado, but the “additions” function for that sandwich is not available. Instead I have to go to the bacon egg and cheese sandwich (for which the “additions” section does work) to add avocado, then I put “no bacon!” in the notes section. This works but is added expense and trouble. As lovely as the staff is, my order is never ready. It doesn’t matter how far in advance I order. They told me they like to make hot drinks fresh when some one arrives- but then what is the point of ordering ahead if you’re showing up and waiting in line? I still wanted to support them, so I ordered ice assuming this might mitigate the problem, and unfortunately it was the same situation. It feels and flows smoothly and is super simplified and clear. The menu is fleshed out well with its auto advance feats so I wasn’t worried when I needed to specify my order.
