To date, GoGreen have been a good service but I am shocked by the gentleman on the phone. It seriously makes me question the integrity of the company. Given that I cannot get through to the call centre any longer (I assume the gentleman who answered my previous call recognises my number and is deliberately ignoring me as I’ve been on hold for circa 10 mins) I am very interested to hear what the company has to say. ### 1/5 — Avoid *2018-11-05, version 13.11.11* Do you want a taxi app that gets you to places on time? Then this is not the app for you. Drivers are constantly late. Customer service is poor. And the fares are more expensive than most. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-05-30, version 13.11.8* I don’t ever usually leave reviews on applications but this deserves a bad one. I attempted to use this app in hope it will be quick and easy but that’s not the case. The app doesn’t work - it can’t tell you a quote because it glitches out and it can’t even remember which car you asked for. Most recent instance they didn’t assign a driver until 10 mins before the booking and he was over 30 mins away… ### 1/5 — I had to pay £11.50 for an 8 minute drive, the wait was an hour *2025-08-01, version 22.2.1* I had to pay £11.50 for an 8 minute drive, the wait was an hour ### 1/5 — Do not use them *2025-03-02, version 22.1.7* Downloaded the app and booked the collection from Bicester north train station. Received the message for the booking so all good. After waiting longer i received a call from the driver that he will be there in cc 30 mint … really to wait for 30 mint outside the train station in the evening so cancelled the collection and walk till home that took me 25 mint. Never again with this company as they are not serious!!! ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-01-15* Charged us 40 pounds and never showed up. The same journey cost me £15 with a different company (Cabco Newbury). I’ve never deleted an app so quickly before. ### 1/5 — Terrible airport pickup *2024-08-10, version 22.1.4* The taxi was late, told us he didn’t know where he was going, we then asked for help and found out where to wait, and phoned him to tell him where we were. We offered to walk to the kid stay car park as it saved him £5, and he said that I’d already paid so I should stay there. He then arrived and told us we had to walk to meet him, which was a 10 minute walk. So by the time we got into the taxi it was 1:20 minutes after our flight arrival. The company also refused to refund the £5 for the express car park charge that he didn’t use. Not impressed ### 1/5 — Advanced booking never possible *2022-09-07, version 21.3.1* Whenever I’ve tried the app it says “no cars available, phone the contact centre”. Then wants to send a verification text to that number. I have mobility issues, on arrival at the hospital he went in and found someone to assist me & on return he came into the waiting area and found me which was a relief as I wasn’t sure where the pick up point was. I always use this taxi service as they are so reliable & on time + I like knowing the fare in advance.
