Clicking on “listen” in the app takes me to the App Store to download the app I am already using.

App is behaving inconsistently. Allows download of a bus pass but not a football ticket with a “Browser isn’t supported” error when I try to add it to my wallet. Additionally won’t allow me to login to the app with my credentials gives a UserMigration failed error.

App crashes when trying to open.  UW is one of the top engineering universities in the country and we can’t figure out how to write code that doesn’t make the app crash?

### 1/5 — No Biometric Login, Wallet Integration Broken

Every time I fire up this app, it requires me to sign in again. It apparently does not save the access/refresh tokens, meaning as soon as they expire, you have to sign in again. And since there's no biometric support (TouchID, or FaceID) there's no way around a manual sign in. Worse still, when you switch to the password app to copy your credentials, it deletes what you previously typed in, making it impossible to copy/paste when you return to the app. Also when you switch Accounts and Settings, it requies an additional sign in even if you just signed in. This is likely because it's a different credential. But either way there's no attempt to sync the existing sign in. None of this wouldn't be a major issue except that now this is the only way to get our tickets. Which brings up the third issue. It apparently supports Walllet integration so we can avoid the sign in hassles while we are standing at the gate, but the wallet integration is broken as well. It app switches to Safari and shows the Add All button, but tapping it does nothing. The tickets are not added to wallet. Thanks for nothing UW.

When I attempt to “manage account” in the app, I receive an error message about invalid credentials. I can login on a web browser. I am not impressed with the user experience.

This app somehow won’t airplay or connect to a speaker via Bluetooth.  Not sure why this is the case.  I would normally stream via KJR 950 but that is blocked.  Tunein does not work with UW as well.  You are trying to make engagement harder, not easier.

The streaming services on this App are awful. Especially the Sound tab and Coach Lake show.
If you hit the stop button because you need to pause, when you hit play it automatically goes back to the beginning? Your APP cannot compete at all with other streaming options.  #GoDawgs #getitfixed

List the ability to transfer tickets following update. Whether by design or accident, this makes app nearly useless to me. No barcodes on tickets make it unable to screen capture and send.

This could be a useful app but it really seems silly that the final score notifications call our team the University of Washington Athletics.  Why not University of Washington Huskies?  It seems so simple…
