My partner and I have moved and have been trying to cancel our account for months. We’ve talked to multiple people over the last couple months who keep telling us they’ll “take care of our account” and cancel service but it is never canceled. We keep getting BS charges while not even having a router or modem set up. As well we were told to keep the equipment with no explanation and not follow our orders to cancel the account.
