For example I should not have to go do a Google search to be able to report a missed trash pick up, or to report a 72-hr/abandoned vehicle, etc. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-09-11, version 256.000* No action was taken. They close all reports after 3 days whether the case is resolved or not. ### 1/5 — Cannot upload issue! *2025-06-08, version 14.010* Who did this?? ### 1/5 — Reports issues but no action *2024-11-18, version 13.000* I’ve used this app several times to repost issues, but nothing ever gets addressed, and I never receive a genuine response. The city just cancels the repost, or pushes me off on someone else. What’s the point of using the app? ### 1/5 — Need Feces cleanup service *2023-11-22, version 11.9* Very helpful for lots of problems but not providing feces cleanup when outside neighbors smear hazmat waste on walls, sidewalks, and driveways is disheartening. If Long Beach is going to ignore the issue and create public psych wards they need to provide the same janitorial services of a psych ward. ### 1/5 — Up to date? *2023-07-02, version 11.4* The app only seems to give options for Winter rest, not Long Beach. Long Beach is the absolute worst service of any city around other than Los Angeles and that’s saying a lot ### 5/5 — Good response time *2022-02-28, version 9.7* The app is easy to use (just send Anonymous if you don’t have time to fill out the contact fields), and they respond quickly to picking up dumped mattresses and graffiti. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-02-14, version 9.7* They just close everything that is reported but no action is taken. ### 1/5 — Terrible, can we go back? *2021-11-04, version 9.5* Terrible interface, slow, the map is useless, using two fingers to move around map is the same gesture to make the page larger/ smaller.
