The city just cancels the repost, or pushes me off on someone else. What’s the point of using the app? ### 1/5 — Need Feces cleanup service *2023-11-22, version 11.9* Very helpful for lots of problems but not providing feces cleanup when outside neighbors smear hazmat waste on walls, sidewalks, and driveways is disheartening. Useless. You used to have the option of reporting something that didn’t fit into them but now, that is gone. This City hates it’s residents, and this just adds to the list why. ### 1/5 — Terrible “upgrade” *2020-12-29, version 7.5.1* I can’t imagine who thought this redesign was a good idea, but they’ve taken what was a fairly simple, elegant user interface and made it clunky and twice as hard to use. Your tax dollars at work in an government bureaucracy. I will now be less likely to report issues I come across.
