The app is cluttered, confusing, and doesn’t offer much functionality. It’d be cool for users to be able to type in their destination and get a variety of different outputs of how they can get there. This has been a problem that has reoccurred time and again over the years. Maybe we’ll get lucky and they’ll fix it when they update again in six months. Edit: I was excited because they updated the app much sooner than they usually do. Then I went to use the bus-tracker maps. They still do not work. Also, who had the genius idea of marking the actual routes in yellow and at the same time the buses in that route also yellow to make them almost invisible? First the route should be a color base on traffic congestion like in google or apple transit and second we do not have yellow busses in Miami. Or there is s secret plan to paint them all yellow. I don’t know what’s up with all the negative reviews, because the App works great. Now that all the busses run with GPS, the arrival times are down to plus or minus a couple of minutes. What more could you ask for? ### 5/5 — Useful and accurate *2019-07-10* I am a student who has been taking the bus to school and to work for almost one year now and I have used this app since then and it almost never fails. It gives accurate enough arrival times and it would get you to where you are going without a problem. It’s easy and simple to use, sometimes it fails, obviously, but for me it has been a lifesaver. I recommend it 100% if you are in the need of taking the public transportation. (In my opinion it’s better than the other fancy apps since this is one is straight to the point without complications) ### 5/5 — I love this app! *2018-07-26, version 4.70* With this app, I know before I leave home whether I can take the Metrorail and be downtown on time. If I also check my map app for driving time to the Metrorail station considering current traffic, I’m all set. It has removed the stress of driving to the station and rushing to the platform and panicking when I see a train coming, “I’m going to miss it!” Now I know all about that train, and the one coming behind it is mine! ### 4/5 — Much improved! *2026-05-20, version 8.0.4* It has taken years, but now this app has reached or exceeded the level of what used to be available before the pandemic. I’m talking about the information. I can find on buses and trains, I can’t speak as well to how good it is for purchasing tickets although I’ve done that with it and it seems to be OK. Thanks for continued work on this app. So why haven’t I given it five stars?
