I have to use this for work - GODAWFUL APP. Drops calls constantly, neverending glitches. If you're a company thinking of using this legitimately consider anything else.

The app worked great over the past few months but lately I miss calls and now I can’t make an outgoing call. Someone tell me how to fix this. It’s my work phone. I can change the stars when you fix this.

**Developer response:** If you are still having issues please open a ticket with support and someone will be able to assist you.

So I use the app every day. I miss a bunch of calls. Sometimes the app won’t ring for hours. Resulting in missed work. While the land line phone rings non stop. When the same number keeps calling and I go to answer the call will drop or say call failed. Wish you were able to turn phones off that you weren’t using.

**Developer response:** There have been many improvements to the app and the platform since this review. There was an issue with incoming calls not being able to be answered, but that has since been resolved.
To turn off phones that you are not using, you need to modify your answering rules to only ring those phones that you want to use. This can be done through the portal, or support can assist you with this. Editing rules via the mobile app is limited to changing the order of the rules and enabling/disabling the rule and it is not possible to change which phones will ring via the app.

Terrible app. Always has issues. Sending pictures is pretty much non existent. Receiving pictures never works. Hard to work with clients if you can’t send or receive pictures. Speaks for how bad the company is if they can’t even figure that out.
