Every time I need to use it it takes me through the log-in nonsense, so I have to put my email address and password in every time, it shouldn’t be this difficult, still, as long as you’re getting paid, why care about the users needs

Took over four attempts to set up account and register vehicle. I don’t know why Medway Council have changed providers again, but this is dismal. Not intuitive at all. I smell corruption!

The labelling on what each dropdown is isn’t clear enough. Should have proper text headings or something. Why is the only option that shows an actual time arrival time? Why would you even want to change that? Got a parking ticket because I changed the arrival time thinking it was when I wanted to leave.
