### 2/5 — Not a good app for such an important thing

*2025-05-21, version 2025.234.0*

This app crashes or freezes out in the worst times. It takes for ever to load you data each time I click in the app. I don’t need to certify everytime I log on. Obviously created by someone who doesn’t use app often throughout the year.

### 3/5 — Fishing regulations link to Ad filled site

*2023-06-29, version 2023.217.0*

I can’t even browse fishing regulations. You are taken to a site that runs ads almost every 2 seconds. It’s ridiculous and needs to be fixed. I understand the need to use ads to pay for the service but this is beyond excessive.

### 3/5 — Needs an update

*2023-04-14, version 2.0.0*

Was good at first now needs an update, I was able to buy a license on here last year but now when I try to the app kicks me out.

### 2/5 — No hard card

*2022-08-28, version 1.9.0*

It gives you decent info on local wildlife but won’t save or let you view license no matter how many times you “sync” your account.

### 2/5 — Residents

*2021-05-15, version 1.6.0*

Latest version does not give United States as option on country!! No America either. Closest option is United States minor outlying isl, says non resident and non US address.

### 3/5 — Website is handier

*2021-03-26, version 1.4.0*

It’s easier to download the regs in pdf and view them that way. Having the license on my device is convenient but that can be done via pdf as well. I don’t always want my device with me and there is no way to print the license from the app so it’s back to the website if the pdf hasn’t been saved somewhere handy already.

### 3/5 — Great Idea...

*2020-11-17, version 1.4.0*

...if the information was accurate, this app would be a fantastic idea.
Since I downloaded it, the fish “feeding times” have never been accurate.
And the Stars system, I assumed the more stars each day meamt the more likely one is to catch fish. NOT!!
Don’t get me wrong, I know animals are unpredictable. But, the system COULD be accurate...occasionally.

### 3/5 — Not working after update

*2020-01-07, version 1.4.0*

The app will not let me add a new account. Will let me add birthday but not last name or SSN. Worked before the update. Please help.

### 1/5 — Terrible!

*2019-11-24, version 1.4.0*

This app stinks, you can't sign it with SSN or ODWC #. If you are going to have an app, it should work.

### 1/5 — 1st assistant to the assistant

*2019-11-22, version 1.4.0*

Miserable, this new e-check system is beyond useless. Go back to the old way of checking in deer. I'm trying hard to do everything legally but you make it really hard.

### 1/5 — This takes to long to download

*2019-11-20, version 1.4.0*

I’m waiting here upset because it’s stupid and I don’t like it also I can’t do it ever I’m mad at this app and canntkm. Snszkm ndndndn see I can’t even type.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t ever work or load anything.

*2019-10-05, version 1.3.0*

I’ve had this app since it came out. Makes purchasing a license or tag easy but it hasn’t been loading anything. I’ve updated the app and tried it but still doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — Still doesn’t work

*2019-05-25, version 1.1.0*

I’m a Mobile App developer. New interface looks nice! Backend obviously needs a lot of work. Been overpaying for these licenses for years. This app can’t find me by any number and won’t let me buy a license!

### 1/5 — Worse than Louisiana and that’s saying something.

*2019-03-09, version 1.0.0*

Swing and a miss. We could already easily save our licenses through email. Complicating the licensing this bad through a poorly designed app should get someone fired. Hire some more wardens would be a great idea. FYI most telephones function poorly in cold weather. Your app is already sucking up the signal.

### 3/5 — Preference points

*2019-01-20, version 1.0.0*

App seems to work pretty good but my preference points account is empty. I’ve been putting in for controlled hunts for 8 years! Hopefully they fix this I would hate to lose all my points cause of the new system

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Problematic

*2026-06-13, version 2026.250.0*

This app has too many issues that make it not worth the time. I have tried to be patient in hopes that they would fix the issues but it’s been well over a year and it still doesn’t function correctly.

### 1/5 — No longer works with IPAD

*2025-12-25, version 2025.244.0*

No longer works with IPAD

### 1/5 — FIX THIS ISSUE PLEASE!!!!!!

*2024-11-02, version 2024.225.0*

You have to start completely over to get back to where ever you were in the app every single time you minimize the app! This is extremely frustrating! Might as well just do everything on your web browser! Please fix this ASAP! Otherwise it’s a good app and very useful. But this is a huge issue which is why I gave it a 1 star rating.

### 1/5 — Pop ups

*2023-06-19, version 2023.217.0*

The superfluous amount of pop ups on this app makes it nearly unusable. Can’t do anything without an ad.

### 1/5 — Why so many advertisements?

*2023-06-05, version 2023.217.0*

I couldn’t read the regulations ever 10~ seconds a new add was pushed to my phone. This update is horrible.

### 1/5 — App crash??

*2023-05-30, version 2023.217.0*

The app won’t let me log back in and says my info is incorrect. ?????

### 1/5 — Fish feeding times

*2022-05-18, version 1.8.0*

Why was the fish feeding times removed from the app. This was a feature that was handy for planning my fishing trips. If it wasn’t for needing the hunting side of the app I would delete it. Put the fish feeding times back.

### 1/5 — Purchasing nightmare

*2021-08-01, version 1.7.0*

Oklahoma wildlife needs to fix all their app and website issues. The app is slow, you try to place things in your cart to purchase and it never loads. Complete joke. I had to call the office on two separate occasions so they could place the things I needed to purchase in the cart so I could pay. Defeats the purpose of online shopping.

### 1/5 — Pretty bad

*2020-01-06, version 1.4.0*

The maps are unable to use it’s so bad.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2019-12-31, version 1.4.0*

Have both a 2019 fishing license and just purchased the 2020 and it shows I have neither. Downloaded the app so I didn’t have to keep moving paper licenses to boat or kayaks and could just show fish & game the license on the app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app

*2023-12-03, version 2023.218.0*

Awesome way to keep all of my licenses all in one place. So convenient. Great job guys!

### 5/5 — So easy to use!

*2020-10-27, version 1.4.0*

The online licensing and checking system started off pretty rocky several years ago, but it has developed into a top-notch way to buy licenses and check harvested animals. What used to take several agonizing minutes (and was a nightmare to use in a mobile device) now takes mere seconds and works perfectly on iOS. This year has been by far the easiest for me to buy youth tags, HIP permits, duck stamps, and check deer than any other year for myself and my four sons.
Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Exceeding Expectations

*2020-08-07, version 1.4.0*

Well thought out, snappy, and I love the extra pages that are helpful for you to stay aware and accountable. Really glad our Oklahoma Wildlife Department takes the extra step when it comes to satisfaction.

### 5/5 — Useful App

*2019-01-10, version 1.0.0*

The app interface is slick and intuitive. I like that I can store and access my current licenses in the app.
Also nice that I can view and purchase licenses through the app.

### 5/5 — Amazing App!!!

*2019-01-10, version 1.0.0*

I have hunted in other states and this is by far the most convenient process to hunt and fish!

### 5/5 — Convenient and useful

*2019-01-08, version 1.0.0*

Has sunrise, sunset, and feeding times.
Keep License PDF on your phone.
Easy to purchase a license.
Autorenew so you don’t forget to buy a license.

Easy to use and very useful for folks who hunt or fish.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2019-01-08, version 1.0.0*

Bought my fishing license from app. No more going to Walmart to buy licenses and it’s all on your phone very good

### 4/5 — HELP!

*2020-09-20, version 1.4.0*

I can’t get the Ready, AIM, Fire video to load on the understanding your crossbows....

### 4/5 — It’s not showing my Federal Duck Stamp!

*2019-11-30, version 1.4.0*

I bought my hip and federal for duck season and on the app, it shows that I have the hip and my license. But not my federal duck stamp. I did receive the duck stamp by mail. Just wondering why it isn’t showing on the app. Not sure if I have to print the form out and put the duck stamp on it or just carry the duck stamp around.

### 4/5 — Nice But Slow

*2019-01-15, version 1.0.0*

Good layout but when I choose various features it’s very slow to load and sometimes doesn’t load. I’m hopeful I can buy licenses for myself and kiddos without having to pay convenience fees (yeah right, more like nickel & dime fee marked up to $3) for both license holders.
