Also once I search for parking based on address it won’t let me click on the parking lot that I want. Something is very wrong here. ### 1/5 — login creation doesn’t work. *2025-07-25* App cannot verify the OTP it sends me via text. Says the code is incorrect. I’ve tried in on my partners phone and it didn’t work on that either. If I try and register it gives me an error after I give my cell number. If I try the”forgotten password”, it says there’s an error with my email address. User support? None that I could find. Why don’t municipalities go with more proven apps like ParkMobile? ### 1/5 — Piss poor app *2025-03-11* Parking purchased on website with same email account as app not showing up in app. Contacted support twice, never got a response. Can only access parking pass thru email link. Canceled parking not refunded correftly even though I got an confirmation email for cc cancellation refund. Never got a response from support about it. Had to file disputes on credit card. When compared to apps like spot hero, this app is kinda garbage and clunky.
