When selecting the option to change the license expiry date and the drivers date of birth, it refuse to let you change the dates to anything other 01-01-1900, it instantly reverts back after making a change. How am I supposed to check in if I can’t use the app??? ### 1/5 — Why an app? *2020-03-04, version 1.4.9* Used to be able to go online and confirm the booking. Now the only way to do it is by downloading an app to my phone which has no additional benefit to me other than it adds to the clutter of apps already on my phone. That and now I ‘need to create an account’ in order to confirm my booking. Go rentals - the more steps you put in the way of people, the less they will buy from you. ### 1/5 — Shame you can’t give an app no stars. *2020-02-05, version 1.4.8* It’s basically a web browser for viewing the Go Rentals website. There are ads all over the pages suggesting you download the app - even though you’re using the app. Very slow page loads. The app-navigation tools are terrible. There’s nowhere to add an existing booking, but there is a ‘chat’ function - which turns out to be an old school email ‘contact us’ form - which they might answer sometime in the future. Probably the most pointless app I’ve loaded for a long time. The mobile web page is faster and more usable. I just hope the car rental experience is better. ### 1/5 — Something they don't tell on their ad *2019-12-11, version 1.4.7* 1.$2500 deposit 2. $25 admin fee on every little thing like: toll , fine...... 3. The Tesla rental was great, and the remote control option in app was fun (but not as responsive as it could be) Highly recommended! ### 5/5 — Not allowing editing of credit card. *2022-08-07* After editing details I press “Save Payment Details” but it doesn’t respond, just quickly flashes the Go arrow.
