Have deleted and reloaded app but same result. **Developer response:** Hi there, we apologise for the issue you encountered when trying to join the Supabarn program and are working on a fix to address this issue. Please look out for an app update in the next couple of days. ### 2/5 — Not happy *2026-07-03* I have the IGA card and I noticed that its site has stored my debit card details that I used to pay for my groceries ! Payment cards are only linked when a member chooses to add them manually, we don’t automatically collect or store payment card details from your device. It is let down by the scanners in supabarn that seem to successfully scan the barcode off my phone ~50% of the time. Brightness up full, zoomed in. Nothing seems to improve the reliability. If the barcode doesn’t scan, the app becomes a bit pointless. Edit: Auto Earn isn’t visible on my version of the app (2.1.3) **Developer response:** Update: We've just released our new Auto Earn feature that turns your regular payment card into your loyalty card. Link it once in the Go Rewards app - then pay like normal to automatically earn loyalty points, vouchers and get your digital receipt. You'll never have to worry about scanner reliability again. They have a monthly 10x points when you spend over $100 on the first Thursday of the month. Their program has some good incentives. This app makes it way easier to earn since they moved away from plastic cards!!
