It uses your phone number instead of a member number so if you change your phone number you lose all your points. 
It will only send the verification number to your old phone so there is no way to log in or have them send the verification to your email on file.

I started getting emails about the migration from getgo to this new app. Honestly i dont even care coz i dont use it anyway. For some reason i downloaded the app and tried registering/linking my getgo acct. apparently after filling out all the details and was about to complete the process it suddenly says try again later- i dont know whats wrong coz ive done all the steps correctly. Anyway, i uninstalled getgo this app and cebupacific all at once and unsubcribe to their emails. Just a waste of time so dont even bother downloading this app

Still crappy, it doesnt read my getgo card acct number.

I have been booking tickets via cebu pacific app and used my go rewards to redeem some point but sadly when I checked my transactions for the go rewards app, there’s no points credited on my account. Another thing is they do not have customer service option in the app. Missing some points of what to do when rewards are not credited to your account.

I accidentally tapped the merge button for the cards as i forgot to lock my phone and was talking to someone until I realised that i was tapping my phone merging cards in the app. 

I visited rob and they won’t provide a card anymore even if I purchase it. They said it will be considered as a new account. What a stupid policy. It is very inconvenient esp when I ask my helper run errands and grocery. DO I REALLY NEED TO LET THEM BRING MY PHONE JUST TO EARN POINTS? WOULD YOU ALSO LOG IN YOUR REWARDS ACCOUNT TO YOUR HELPER’S PHONE? just plain stupid policy and management

Are they joking… “recent”???, seriously?!
I’ve been asking for support on how to correct errors with my GoRewards account and still no solution after 1.5 YEARS!!!…. WALOB’s!

For me, this is a customer reward system that is so easy to use and follow the promos. You have the choice to use physical card and/or the digital application. You can use and save your points on your liking. You don’t have to pay for renewal fees for your cards. Just continue buying and earn points all you want… This is so amazing!
